At Consulting Joe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy on eligible products. Please review the details below to determine if your order qualifies for a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Digital Products (3D Model Files)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of 3D model files are final and non-refundable. If you experience issues with a file, please contact us at ConsultingJoe@gmail.com for support.
Physical 3D Printed Products & Other Vendor Products
We accept returns on physical 3D printed products and products from other vendors under the following conditions:
- A return request must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at ConsultingJoe@gmail.com or call (815) 714-8810 with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is approved.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads (3D model files)
- Custom or personalized 3D prints
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or modifications
Refunds & Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
- If the return is denied, the item can be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
